A space for curiosity, exchange and continued learning.
Fascia Integration is a space for learning, exploration and exchange around fascia, Structural Integration and embodied practice.
We bring together courses, workshops, retreats and conversations with teachers and practitioners whose work invites us to look at the body from different perspectives. Our programmes combine theoretical understanding with hands-on learning, movement and embodied exploration, creating opportunities to deepen both knowledge and practice.
We value curiosity, thoughtful practice and the exchange of ideas. Above all, we want to create spaces where practitioners can learn from one another, encounter new ways of thinking and working, and continue exploring the remarkable complexity and adaptability of the human body.
Learning through encounter
WORKSHOPS
Hands-on learning with experienced practitioners and teachers.
RETREATS
Time and space to go deeper, into practice, perception and ourselves.
CONVERSATIONS
Stories, ideas and perspectives from within and around the field.
SI STORIES
Behind every practitioner there is a story
SI Stories is a series of online conversations with Structural Integration practitioners about the paths that brought them to this work — the encounters, teachers, questions and experiences that shaped the way they see, touch and practise today.
A space to listen, exchange and discover the many different ways of inhabiting the same field. You can find our previous conversations on our YouTube channel.
Next guest: Dario Di Lorenzo, SI Practitioner and ScarWork Instructor, based in Milan, Italy
25th of OCTOBER at 9 pm CET
Testimonials
“Being part of this gathering in Portugal was a deeply meaningful experience for me. I was inspired by the openness, curiousity, and presence that emerged through sharing different perspectives and practices. It reminded me how much we can learn when we truly listen, connect, and remain open to what unfolds between us!”
— AnaCris Pinheiro Villaça, Rolfer and Somatic Experiencing Practitioner
“I came away from the retreat with a great deal of inspiration… I really appreciated the opportunity to exchange and experience different styles of bodywork. That experience gave me an important personal insight: I discovered how much I enjoy gentle touch and I would like to bring more of that quality of touch into my work with my clients.
Overall, I had a wonderful experience and left feeling inspired, nourished, and grateful for the time I spent there.”
— Jami Chung, Hellerwork Structural Integration Practitioner and Personal Trainer

Our programmes are generally taught in English. Where possible, we can offer support with Portuguese translation. Please check the individual programme for details.

Most of our professional courses include practical, hands-on learning alongside theory, demonstration and embodied exploration. The exact format depends on the teacher and programme.
-
Registration is made through the individual programme page. As many of our courses are intentionally kept small to support hands-on learning and individual attention, we recommend registering early.
