By booking your place at the Fascia Integration Retreat, you agree to the following terms:

Payment and confirmation
A non-refundable deposit of €400 (tent), €500 (double room), or €600 (single room) is required to secure your place. The remaining balance is due by July 16th, 2025. Your booking is confirmed once payment has been received and a confirmation email sent.

Cancellations
If you cancel your participation before July 16th, 2025, your deposit will be retained, but any balance paid will be refunded.
Cancellations after July 16th, 2025 are non-refundable unless we can fill your place.
If the retreat must be cancelled by the organisers, all payments will be fully refunded.

Travel and insurance
Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel to Loural Ecovillage and are strongly advised to have travel and health insurance covering cancellations, illness, or accidents.

Health and participation
By joining the retreat, you confirm that you are in good physical and mental health and able to participate in movement-based activities. Please inform us of any medical conditions that might affect your participation.

Program adjustments
The organisers reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the program, schedule, or teachers if necessary, while maintaining the integrity of the retreat experience.

Liability
Participants take part at their own risk. The organisers and venue are not responsible for loss, damage, injury, or illness that may occur during the retreat.

Media
Occasionally, photos or short videos may be taken to document the retreat. If you prefer not to appear in any media, please let us know in advance.
